Glenn made his debut into the advertising world after a decade of playing Film Director for regional & local commercial films. Starting out as a creative who specialised in film craft & concepts, he grew to become Content Lead - essentially a creative leader when it comes to engaging & meaningful storytelling through film & content, across platforms & mediums. His day to day includes collaborating with monks across the world to conceptualise global & regional campaigns, managing internal & external teams to craft impactful user journeys & experiences throughout production and nurturing a team of film &; content creative monks across APAC.
