With over 25 years’ experience, Katie has built a distinguished career spanning high-profile production, agency, and account management roles. Recently, she has returned to the production side as the Executive Producer/MD of ProdCo UK, a new global production company founded by Ian Pons Jewell and Zico Judge. In her current role, Katie is spearheading the launch of ProdCo’s first European office in London, while also overseeing the company’s strategic direction and production initiatives in the UK market.
Before joining ProdCo, Katie held a dual role as the Head of Production at Havas London and Global Head of Content at Havas Studios. Focused on enhancing production craft and approaches, Katie played a key role in many award-winning campaigns at Havas London and was instrumental in shaping Havas Studios from its inception.
Best known for her decade-long tenure as the 'First Lady' of Rattling Stick, Katie played a pivotal role in the company's achievements, amassing over 50 Cannes Lions, including the esteemed Film Grand Prix, along with numerous British Arrows, Creative Circle, and D&AD Awards.
Beyond her professional achievements, Katie is a fervent advocate of craft and actively contributes to the industry. She has served on the APA Council, participated in various Jury Panels, joined the boards of esteemed organizations such as the British Arrows and Creative Circle, and was featured in the inaugural Pitch Fanzine, 100 Superwomen.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Katie is a dedicated mother of three, a yoga enthusiast, and the co-creator of Poolside Gossip, an eco-friendly swimwear brand.
