As an Executive Creative Director, Firas Ghannam has gained extensive experience in the marketing and advertising field over the years. His journey began as an Art Director at a design house in Beirut, and in 2010, he became part of VML (formerly JWT).
His expertise in visual communication, marketing, and branding has empowered him to create impactful and award-winning campaigns for both local and international clients. He is committed to staying current with the latest trends, technology, and innovations in the industry while continually pushing creative boundaries.
This dedication has earned him over 120 advertising awards, including Saudi Arabia’s first-ever Grand Prix at Cannes Lions, as well as accolades at Dubai Lynx, D&AD, WARC, One Show, NY Festivals, and Effies. His work has been recognized for its creative bravery and effectiveness.
He holds a Master of Arts degree in Graphic Branding & Identity from the London College of Communication, which has further refined his problem-solving skills and approach to creativity. Currently, he serves as the Executive Creative Director at VML Riyadh, where he leads a talented department of creatives in producing exceptional work for both long-standing partners and new clients.
Over the past decade, he has led campaigns for some of the industry's biggest clients, including stc, Hungerstation, Burger King, Almarai, Nova, KAFD, Netflix, Coca-Cola, Al-Arabia, Domino’s, Jarir, Kudu, SABB, Saco, PIF, Saudi Banks, Flynas, Maaden, Al-Safi Danone, Shell, and VW.
