Lorena is an award-winning filmmaker that believes in approaching each project with a mix of curiosity, intuition, experience, and playfulness. She blends lifestyle and humour utilizing a wide variety of styles and techniques that combine visual storytelling, animation, in camera effects and strong art direction.  

She focuses on distinct, unconventional, powerful images with attention to detail, creating strong visual narratives while looking for fun character development opportunities.  

In 2024, her short film Alphabet Luxury about her cancer journey has already been awarded with a Gold in OnePointFour Awards and Bronze at the Creative Circle. In 2018, her Pictionary spot won a Silver Lion in Cannes. She has also won awards at SXSW, One Show’s One Screen Film Festival, Ciclope, Creative Circle Awards, ADC*E, “El Sol”, Ibero-American Advertising Festival, Art Director’s Club of Spain, and CdeC Creative’s Club of Spain. 

Lorena has brought her unique vision to a diverse set of clients such as Uber, Mattel, Coca-Cola, Heineken, Samsung, Lay’s, Petsmart, P&G, Unilever, Toyota, Canal+, MTV, Nestle, Gevalia & ING to name a few. As a visual artist, she has created the video art “The No Name Horses”, commissioned by the Museum of Contemporary Art of Barcelona, MACBA.
