Head Judge – Use of Music and Sound Design

Anthony Moore is an award-winning Sound Designer, Composer and creative entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience crafting sound and music for advertising, film, television, immersive experiences and original content.

As Owner and Chief Creative Officer of the Factory Group — comprising Factory Studios, SIREN, Factory Immersive and Factory Originals — Anthony leads an award-winning team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of storytelling through sound and music. As a certified B Corp business, Factory is committed to using business as a force for good. Developing talent, fostering collaboration and creating a culture where people can do their best work are principles that sit at the heart of the company.

Anthony's work has been recognised by the British Arrows, BAFTA, D&AD, Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, The One Show and the Music & Sound Awards, among many others. In 2019, he was honoured with a British Arrows Fellowship in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the craft of sound design.

Throughout his career, Anthony has collaborated with many of the world's most recognised brands, including Apple, Nike, BBC, Channel 4, Honda, Virgin Media, McDonald's, Cadbury, O2 and Disney. He also worked closely with adam&eveDDB for 12 years on the iconic John Lewis Christmas campaigns, from The Long Wait onwards, contributing to one of the most celebrated and culturally significant bodies of advertising work in recent history.

In 2023, Anthony was commissioned by 4Creative and Channel 4 to create the broadcaster's new sonic identity, helping define the sound of one of the UK's most distinctive media brands across its many platforms and touchpoints.

The British Arrows named Factory Craft Company of the Year in 2024, followed by a historic double Gold in 2025, with Factory and SIREN becoming the first companies to receive Gold for both Best Sound Design and Best Original Music in the same year. In 2026, Factory's work received further recognition when Channel 4's Educating Yorkshire was awarded Commercial of the Year.

Alongside his commercial work, Anthony continues to supervise and create sound for long-form and immersive productions, from feature films to large-scale experiential installations. Career highlights include the acclaimed soundscape for Kissing Candice, directed by Aoife McArdle, and the immersive audio experience for the Science Museum's Voyage to the Edge of Imagination. Current projects include Factory's first sound design and music-led audiobook adaptation, alongside a growing portfolio of work in the attractions and themed entertainment sector.

Whether leading creative teams, designing soundtracks, composing original music or building creative businesses, Anthony remains driven by a passion for crafting meaningful sonic experiences that connect emotionally with audiences and leave a lasting impression.
