Creative Director/Co-Founder, Violet Rae
Elizabeth Dewar is a Scottish-born Creative Director and co-founder of Violet Rae, an EMEA-focused brand strategy and communications consultancy working across the GCC and Europe.
Her career spans international creative roles across Dubai, Brussels and across Europe, including working as a Creative Director for the European Commission, leading pan-European campaigns and communications, alongside creative work for clients and organisations across the region.
Having grown up in the Gulf, she brings an instinctive understanding of its cultures and markets, shaped by working across both the GCC and Europe. She co-founded Violet Rae to bring brand, business strategy, creative and communications together, helping ambitious organisations and leaders navigate complex markets and build brands with the strength to travel across cultures.
Her work is particularly focused on the idea, the language and the cultural thinking that makes creative work effective.
