Music Supervisor & Co-Founder, Friday Music
Steph Grace-Summers is a Music Supervisor and Record Label co-founder based in
Amsterdam, with over fifteen years' experience across music licensing, brands, sync,
publishing and A&R. She holds three concurrent roles: Global Music Supervisor at Diageo,
founder and Music Supervisor at FRIDAY, and co-founder of Field Supply.
In her role as Global Music Supervisor at Diageo, she leads in-house supervision and looks
after music for some of the most iconic brands in history, including Guinness and Johnnie
Walker.
As the founder of FRIDAY, she works across film and TV with recent clients including the BBC,
Amazon Prime and Film4. Her work for advertising clients and brands includes campaigns for
Tommy Hilfiger, Apple, Gucci, Calvin Klein, Emirates, Adidas, Audi, Moncler, Issey Miyake,
Pepsi and many more.
Field Supply, co-founded with Jo Sandow in 2020, is a tastemaker record label operating
across Berlin, Amsterdam and London. The label uses sync as an engine to fund and
accelerate emerging artists, signing individual tracks based on taste and long-term potential.
Before her current roles, Steph was Head of Sync at Cloud 9 and Downtown Music Publishing.
