Senior Producer
Xavier Questel has built a career as a Freelance Animation & VFX Producer across the UK, France, and international markets. Specialising in high-end commercial campaigns, game cinematics, episodic series, and IP adaptations, he pitches and produces across 2D, 3D, motion design, and virtual production pipelines. Driven by a passion for identifying top talent and fostering environments where creative excellence can happen, he thrives on bringing ambitious projects to life.
Questel began his career in the Paris animation scene as an Assistant Director on TV series in 2007, while completing his Bachelor's in Production Management at the renowned French animation school Gobelins. Moving to London shortly after graduating, he stepped into foundational production roles while learning English, before spending the following decade producing for companies such as The Mill, Blinkink, and Blink Industries.
In 2015, Questel joined Mikros MPC Advertising as a Freelance VFX Producer, delivering visual effects for world-renowned directors such as Jonathan Glazer, Noam Murro, and Seb Edwards. He subsequently produced for the animation and mixed-media arm of Electric Theatre Collective across London and Los Angeles.
A long-standing collaborator with Passion Pictures and Passion Paris, his recent work includes an upcoming 2D animated short film for a major streaming platform, as well as collaborating with leading game developers to adapt iconic gaming IP into compelling screen experiences.
