Creative Chairmom, Jayme Headquarters

Merlee Jayme is the first Filipino to be honoured as the 2025 Campaign Asia Pacific Women Leading Change of the Year and Diversity Equity & Inclusion Champion. Also, the first Filipino to be awarded by ADFEST in Pattaya, Thailand, the prestigious Lotus Legend award 2025, and the Tambuli Asia Pacific Agency Leader of the Year 2025.

Merlee Jayme is the Creative Chairmom®, and founder of The Misfits Camp, the first-ever safe space in the world to assess and upskill neurodivergent creative adults, and bridge them into the creative industry.

And just this year, she founded Jayme Headquarters, a social enterprise creative agency that provides actual workplace experience for divergent creatives.

Previously, she served as the Chief Creative Officer for Asia and the Pacific at Dentsu and as Global President of Dentsu McGarryBowen Worldwide.

Having won major awards, including the Philippines’s only Cannes Lions Grand Prix, she was among the eight women in the world’s top 100 Chief Creative Officers by the 2019 Drum Global Ranking.

A seasoned Jury President and member of all major award shows, an international speaker, she is one of CNN’s Leading Women, an author of four creative books, a mom to four creative women, and an inspiration for breaking the glass ceiling in this Mad Men’s world.
