Head of 3D, RASCAL
Andy Steele is Head of CG at RASCAL, the London and Stockholm based creative studio, where he joined in May 2025 to lead the company’s growing CG department.
Prior to RASCAL, Andy held senior creative roles at The Mill, where he collaborated with DOM&NIC on Marks & Spencer Food’s celebrated Christmas campaigns, bringing characters such as Fairy and Percy to life. His work has earned industry recognition, including a Visual Effects Society Award for the John Lewis Christmas film The Boy and the Piano starring Elton John. Andy’s career has also taken him internationally, having set up and led the 3D department at Smoke & Mirrors in Shanghai, where he was part of a team that developed the studio into what later became MPC Shanghai.
With a rare blend of technical expertise and creative vision, Andy is known for pushing the boundaries of CG storytelling, and his leadership at RASCAL is already helping shape the studio’s future output.
