At the helm of global production at Coffee & TV, Dionne plays a key role in driving the studio’s creative vision and business strategy across its London, New York, and Los Angeles hubs. With over a 2 decades of experience in post-production—previously leading projects at MPC, Smoke & Mirrors, and Prime Focus—Dionne has delivered standout campaigns for brands such as the First Direct, LEGO, Honda, Channel 4, Mercedes, Confused.com, including the award-winning Bake Off campaign.
Beyond production, Dionne is a vocal advocate for diversity and next-gen talent in the industry. She is a committed mentor, frequent panellist, and a proud member of ACCESS:VFX, championing equity and access across creative roles. Her industry expertise is regularly recognised through jury positions, including the British Arrows Craft Awards and Creative Circle Gold Jury.
