Kate Sharpe is an accomplished Executive Producer with over two decades of experience spanning commercials, branded content, and long-form projects. Currently leading commercial productions at Stink UK, she was previously Head of Production/EP at Iconoclast and has produced award-winning campaigns for global brands, Olympic bids, and high-profile creative collaborations. Her career began in Australia in feature films and television, working with industry luminaries such as Baz Luhrmann and George Miller. A Bloom UK mentor and UK delegate to the UN Commission on the Status of Women, Kate brings a keen eye for storytelling and creative excellence to the judging panel.
