Diego is an award-winning leader in creative production and the Chief Production Officer, West at Omnicom Production, where he oversees fully integrated production groups and studio operations for some of the most iconic agencies on the West Coast, including Deutsch, Goodby Silverstein & Partners, 180LA, and TBWA\Chiat\Day. In this role, he leads end-to-end production across broadcast, film, content, design, experiential, and high-volume versioning pipelines, while driving innovation and operational excellence across the region’s most influential creative companies.
Previously, Diego served as Chief Production Officer at Deutsch, where he also ran Steelhead, the agency’s 50,000 sq. ft. production studio, shaping global campaigns for brands like Taco Bell, Walmart, Nintendo, Interscope Records, Yonex, and Drizly through tech-forward, Hollywood-meets-advertising production models.
An Emmy Award–winning producer with accolades including Grand Clios, a Cannes Lions Grand Prix, and honors from The One Show and the Webbys, Diego is widely recognized for his creative leadership and industry impact. He has chaired and judged major international award shows across production craft and digital excellence, serves on the Television Academy’s executive peer group, and contributes to California’s GO-Biz office to support the state’s creative economy.
