Lauren Schuchman formed west coast firm DIPLOMAT in 2016, which has since become a premiere destination for live-action and post-production talent, representing a diverse roster of culture-defining directors and artists.
With over 18 years of experience, the Los Angeles native and USC grad began her advertising career under Dana Balkin at Resource before segueing into production at Moxie Pictures, then returning to talent representation as the Head of US Sales for Sweetshop. Prior to ads, Schuchman was a treatment/pitch writer (occasionally moonlighting as an actress and amateur kickboxer).
