Born in Argentina, Pilar Muro began her career in radio and TV production after studying Communications. Her path soon led her into the world of advertising, where she spent several formative years at the renowned PH Landia. A move to London opened new chapters - first developing the music video department from scratch at Papaya Films, where she began discovering and championing emerging directors, and later stepping into the role of Global Head of Talent, working closely with brilliant creatives from around the world. Known for her instinct for spotting new voices and helping them grow, Pilar continues to build meaningful bridges between creativity, talent, and production.
